Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• English: speak, read, write and understand.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a vehicle.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to travel to multiple locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in guest service, staff training, and financial performance.
• Provide leadership to Team Members and Shift Managers for consistent execution.
• Cover hourly roles across FOH and BOH as needed.
• Monitor guest feedback and coach for improvement.
• Oversee inventory, ordering, receiving, FIFO rotation, and HACCP compliance.
• Analyze daily/weekly/monthly performance to identify improvement opportunities.
• Manage scheduling and labor planning to meet targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
