Job summary

Jersey Mike’s in Suwanee, GA is seeking a supervisor to support the General Manager in daily operations. You will lead the team, uphold service standards, manage shifts, and help control costs while delivering an excellent guest experience.

The role requires 1+ year of supervisory experience in food service or retail, strong leadership and cost awareness, and flexibility to cover shifts. Training is provided, and ServSafe certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of restaurant or retail supervisory experience.
• Must be 18+.
• Leadership, organization, and basic understanding of cost/P&L controls.
• ServSafe or equivalent certification a plus (or willingness to obtain).
• Flexible, open availability.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts, direct the crew, and help build schedules.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training.
• Manage inventory, vendor orders, and labor costs.
• Ensure compliance with food-safety and brand standards.
• Handle cash management, deposits, and daily reporting.
• Resolve escalated guest issues.
• Assume General Manager responsibilities in their absence.
