Jersey Mike's is seeking a General Manager to lead daily operations, drive profitability, and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will manage people, operations, and financials while fostering a strong work culture and brand compliance.

The role requires 3+ years in quick-service management, a strong focus on food safety, and the ability to coach a team toward peak performance. Eligible leaders gain career growth and comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• 3+ years of Quick Service Restaurant management experience
• Open availability during all restaurant hours including pre-opening and post-closing
• Must have valid state driver’s license and reliable vehicle for management tasks
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and able to manage cash, inventory, and scheduling

Responsabilidades

• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop Assistant Managers and shift leaders
• Ensure food safety, quality, and adherence to brand standards
• Drive guest satisfaction, manage service speed, and address guest feedback
• Oversee operations, audits, and daily/shift-level evaluations for excellence
• Lead financials, drive sales and profitability, and manage cash/inventory integrity
• Communicate core initiatives and updates to the team via meetings and huddles
