Job summary

Wingstop - Vibe Restaurants in Maryville, TN seeks a General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and oversee financial performance. The GM will ensure brand standards, policy compliance, and exceptional guest service while driving sales and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities include owning operations, staffing and development, and managing profitability, inventory, and labor to achieve store goals. Exempt, full-time role reporting to Area Operations Coach.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a college degree preferable.
• Must have two to four years of supervisory experience in food service.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills; knowledge of food preparation, catering, and planning; familiarity with Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Restaurant Operations: own all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including facilities management, cash handling, organization, cleanliness, and sanitation; ensure guest satisfaction and speed of service.
• Staffing & Development: manage recruiting, training, and development of team members and managers, including performance plans and regular check-ins.
• Financial Performance: drive profitability, local store marketing, inventory control, ordering, and labor management.
