Job summary

Wingstop – Vibe Restaurants in Sevierville, TN seeks an experienced General Manager to lead day-to-day restaurant operations, protect brand standards, and drive sales. You will oversee staffing, training, cash handling, and inventory, while ensuring fast, friendly service.

The GM will hire and develop the team, implement local marketing, manage budgets, and uphold health and safety protocols in a fast-paced environment. Reporting to Area Operations Coach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• 2–4 years of supervisory experience in food service.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills; able to identify and solve problems.
• Proficiency with basic computer tools (Word, Excel)

Responsibilities

• Own all aspects of restaurant operations, including facilities management, cash handling, organization, cleanliness, and sanitation.
• Recruit, train, and develop restaurant staff and future managers.; write performance plans and conduct regular check-ins.
• Drive top-line sales through local store marketing and community engagement.

As the GM, you will be accountable for financial results, upholding policies and procedures, and leading the restaurant team. This is an exempt, full-time position, and you will report to the Area Operations Coach.We're looking for an experienced leader who can protect our brand, drive sales, and maintain the highest service standards.Key Responsibilities:Restaurant Operations: You will own all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including facilities management, cash handling, organization, cleanliness, and sanitation. This includes ensuring guest satisfaction and a sense of urgency with speed of service.Staffing & Development: You will be responsible for the entire employee life cycle, from recruiting and training new team members to developing restaurant managers. This includes writing performance plans and conducting regular check-ins.Financial Performance: You will be accountable for the store's profitability and will drive top-line sales through local store marketing and community engagement. You will also be responsible for inventory management, ordering, and labor management.Qualifications & Requirements:Education & Experience: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a college degree being preferable. You must have two to four years of supervisory experience in food service.Skills: You must be at least 18 years old. We are looking for someone with strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills who can identify and solve problems. You should have a thorough knowledge of food preparation, catering, and planning, as well as a general knowledge of computer functions like Word and Excel.Physical Demands & Work EnvironmentThis is a fast-paced role that requires you to frequently stand and walk, and occasionally stoop, kneel, and crouch. You must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. The work environment is moderate to loud and may include evenings, weekends, and holidays. You should also be able to withstand changes in temperature, occasional smoke, steam, and heat in a confined area.
