Job summary

The GM reports to the Area Operations Coach, is exempt, full-time, and responsible for financial results, scheduling, inventory, and local store marketing to boost sales while delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• 2–4 years of supervisory experience in food service.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills; knowledge of Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all restaurant operations including facilities, cash handling, cleanliness, and sanitation.
• Manage staffing and development from recruiting to training and performance plans.
• Drive profitability with local store marketing, inventory control, and labor management.
