Job summary

Wingstop – Vibe Restaurants is seeking a General Manager to lead our team and oversee all day-to-day restaurant operations. This exempt, full-time position reports to the Area Operations Coach and aims to protect the brand, drive sales, and maintain top service standards.

The GM will own operations, staffing, and financial performance, with responsibilities for facilities, guest satisfaction, local marketing, and adherence to policy and procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Two to four years of supervisory experience in food service.
• Strong organizational, leadership and communication skills; problem solving; basic computer skills (Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Own all aspects of restaurant operations, including facilities, cash handling, cleanliness and guest service.
• Manage staffing: recruit, train, and develop restaurant managers; create performance plans.
• Drive profitability via local marketing, inventory, ordering, and labor management.
