Responsibilities

• Internal Service: recruits, trains, develops, and evaluates employees; ensures training and compliance with labor laws.
• External Service: ensures guest service and food quality, handles concerns professionally, maintains brand standards.
• Sales & Profits: analyzes monthly performance, focuses on sales growth and cost control, supports budgeting.
