Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Directs restaurant team toward efficient and accurate preparation and sale of products for prompt delivery within speed of service guidelines.
• Manages inventory costs and maintains inventory via daily, weekly and monthly inspections.
• Ensures cash control and security procedures are followed; interacts with vendors as needed.
• Coaches and provides feedback to shifts coordinators and team members to raise performance.
• Maintains brand standards and operational workflow; covers duties of Hourly Shift Coordinator when necessary.
