CKE Restaurants, Inc. in Santa Ana, CA is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in directing daily operations of a Carl’s Jr. restaurant.

You will model our core values, ensure compliance with standards in food prep, service, and safety, and help drive profitability. You will coach and train team members, assist in scheduling, inventory, and customer experience, and work across shifts to maintain performance and guest satisfaction while traveling between locations

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or higher preferred.
• Proven leadership and people management experience in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; knowledge of Microsoft Office.

• Assist in directing daily restaurant operations to meet brand standards.
• Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate team members across shifts.
• Monitor service quality, food safety, and costs to achieve targets.
• Coordinate schedules, inventory, and early/late shift coverage.
