Job summary

Carl's Jr. General Manager in Garden Grove, CA leads daily restaurant operations in alignment with the brand vision, mission, and promise.

You will model CKE’s Core Values, drive product quality, guest service, safety, and financial accountability while building a high-performing team. You’ll recruit, train, coach and retain staff, oversee scheduling, marketing initiatives with local store plans, and partner with HR on labor relations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in restaurant operation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and the ability to travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates CKE’s Core Values while building high performing employees through training, retention, and recognition.
• Identifies and develops a talent pipeline with succession planning tools.
• Executes performance management to ensure staff success and accountability.
• Enforces Open Door Policy for all employees.
• Oversees all restaurant duties across shifts, including service, food prep, cleaning, and stocking.
• Monitors restaurant operations to ensure supervision and efficiency.
• Travels between company locations to support operations and attend meetings.
• Collaborates with HR to handle employee relations and compliance.
• Manages schedules to cover all day parts and delivers strong customer service.
