Job summary

Whataburger in Denver is seeking an Operating Partner to lead a team, drive performance, and manage the restaurant(s) operations. You will oversee financial tasks, labor and food costs, and brand standards while developing people and maintaining guest satisfaction.

This role emphasizes talent development, safety compliance, and executing company campaigns and initiatives to keep Whataburger competitive in a dynamic market. Strong leadership and P&L experience are required.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years of management experience in restaurant or hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Leads P&L management, cash reporting, labor and food cost oversight.
• Attracts and retains talent through hiring decisions and development plans.
• Collaborates with managers to execute operational plans.
• Monitors performance using reporting tools and customer and labor metrics.
• Ensures safety protocols and food safety policies are followed.
• Builds relationships with customers and resolves issues.
• Manages rollout of changes, campaigns and strategies.
