• Manages profit and loss and financial tasks including cash reporting, labor, and food costs.
• Leads hiring decisions, development plans, and regular performance assessments.

Responsibilities

• Plans and manages P&L targets and financial metrics for the restaurant(s).
• Attracts and retains talent through hiring decisions and development plans.
• Monitors performance using reporting tools, customer metrics, and labor data.
• Enforces food safety policies and a safe work environment.
• Drives change initiatives, new products, systems and campaigns.
