Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry.

Responsibilities

• Manages profitability and financial tasks including cash reporting, labor, and food costs.
• Attracts and retains talent through hiring decisions, development plans, and performance reviews.
• Collaborates with Managers and Market Leader to execute operational plans.
• Monitors restaurant performance using reporting tools, customer metrics, and labor metrics.
• Maintains food safety protocols and a safe work environment.
• Builds relationships with customers and resolves customer complaints.
• Leads rollout of changes, new products, campaigns and strategies.
