Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manages profit and loss, cash reporting, labor, and food cost controls.
• Attracts and retains talent through hiring decisions and development plans.
• Collaborates with Managers and Market Leader to execute operational strategies.
• Monitors performance using reporting tools and labor metrics.
• Promotes food safety policies and maintains a safe work environment.
• Builds customer relationships and resolves complaints.
• Drives rollout of change initiatives, new products, and campaigns.
