Job summary

Whataburger is seeking an Operating Partner to lead restaurant teams and drive performance across operations, finance, and people. You will oversee P&L, hiring decisions, development plans, and weekends/shift execution in coordination with market leadership.

You will monitor metrics, ensure food safety, resolve customer concerns, and implement company campaigns and changes to improve results.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
• Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong leadership and performance management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manages profit and loss, oversees cash reporting, labor and food costs.
• Attracts and retains talent via hiring decisions and development plans.
• Collaborates with Managers and Market Leader to execute plans.
• Monitors performance using reporting tools and metrics.
• Maintains safety protocols and a safe work environment.
• Builds customer relationships and resolves complaints.
