Whataburger is seeking an Operating Partner to lead a restaurant team, drive P&L performance, oversee cash reporting, labor and food costs, and ensure brand standards across operations.

You will recruit and develop talent, collaborate with Managers and Market Leader to execute plans, monitor performance using reporting tools and customer metrics, and promote a safe, engaging guest experience.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of management experience in restaurant or hospitality.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage budgets and ensure food safety.

Responsibilities

• Manages profit and loss, oversees cash reporting, labor, and food costs.
• Attracts and retains talent through hiring decisions and development plans.
• Works with Managers and Market Leader to execute operational plans.
• Monitors performance using reporting tools, customer metrics, and labor metrics.
• Maintains safety protocols and a safe work environment.
• Builds relationships with customers and resolves complaints.
• Drives rollout of changes, new products, systems, and campaigns.
