Circle K is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager in Hastings to support daily restaurant operations and lead team members in the RM's absence. You will coach staff, ensure health and brand standards, and help manage cash and inventory while delivering great guest experiences.

The RAM collaborates with management to uphold Circle K values and drive profitability. This full-time role requires flexibility across all hours and a focus on customer satisfaction.

• Directs team to ensure food safety and brand standards are met.
• Cascades information to team and assists with training.
• Ensures cash, sales and inventory records are accurate; completes shift paperwork.
• Performs administrative duties in RM absence; supports financial metrics.
