The RAM will coach team members, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain safety and quality across shifts. The role requires full-time availability during all hours of operation and the ability to perform general housekeeping, cash handling, and administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Full-time availability required; must be available during all hours of operation and at least one hour pre-opening and post-closing
• Valid state Driver’s License required

Responsibilities

• Assist Restaurant Manager with daily operations in a fast-paced store
• Lead and coach Restaurant Team Members in RM's absence
• Ensure guest satisfaction and uphold Brand and health standards
• Direct shift duties, inventory, and cash handling with accuracy
• Complete required paperwork and communicate discrepancies to supervisor
• Maintain safety and cleanliness per regulations and company policies
