Job summary

Whataburger is seeking an Operating Partner to lead a team of Family Members and manage the performance and operations of their restaurant(s) in Flower Mound. You will oversee budgeting, cash reporting, labor and food costs, and maintenance, while attracting and retaining talent through hiring decisions and development plans.

You will work with Managers and the Market Leader to execute operational plans, monitor metrics, and uphold safety and service standards.

Qualifications

• Budgeting, hiring, coaching, guest experience and brand standards.
• 2+ years of management experience in restaurant or hospitality.
• Associate degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages profit and loss, cash reporting, labor, and food costs for the restaurant(s).
• Attracts and retains talent through hiring decisions and development plans.
• Works with Managers and the Market Leader to execute operational plans.
