Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry.

Responsibilities

• Manages profit and loss, oversees cash reporting, labor, food expenses, repairs and maintenance.
• Attracts and retains talent through hiring decisions, growth plans and regular performance assessments.
• Collaborates with Managers and the Market Leader to execute operational plans.
• Monitors restaurant performance using reporting tools, customer metrics and labor metrics.
• Maintains restaurant safety protocols and promotes food safety policies and a safe work environment.
• Builds relationships with customers and resolves customer complaints.
• Leads rollout and adoption of change initiatives, including new products, systems, campaigns and strategies.
