Long John Silver's seeks a Restaurant General Manager to lead a fast-paced team and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will build a strong culture, hire and train staff, and ensure smooth operations across all shifts.

You will oversee scheduling, performance management, and budgeting to drive profitability, while maintaining high standards of service and food quality. This role requires leadership, communication, and a passion for excellence.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• 50-Hour Work Week.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong mathematical, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Able to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and stoop for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of the entire restaurant and build a strong team.
• Find, hire, and develop staff; implement training plans for new hires.
• Schedule staff, address performance issues, and manage budget and financial plans.
• Lead with strong leadership and communication to deliver great customer hospitality.
