Job summary

Lime Fresh Mexican Grill, Inc. in Miami is seeking an Assistant General Manager to oversee restaurant operations alongside the General Manager, ensuring guest satisfaction, quality food and smooth daily routines.

You will lead staffing, training, scheduling, inventory and cost control, drive sales and service standards, and uphold health and safety regulations while building community relationships.

Qualifications

• Must complete Lime training and be approved by EverFresh Endeavors, Inc.
• Be at least 21 years old.
• Able to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of the trading area.
• Have knowledge of service, food and beverage with front-of-house leadership experience.
• Possess excellent basic math skills and be able to operate a POS system.
• Stand for long periods (up to 8 hours) and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willing to work 50 hours per week and travel up to 4 weeks for training.

Responsibilities

• Interface with guests to ensure a perfect LIME experience.
• Understand all policies, procedures, standards, and training programs.
• Ensure high quality food served to standard.
• Achieve sales, service, quality and sanitation objectives.
• Train and develop new staff.
• Collaborate with GM on employment decisions.
• Order and inventory stock and supplies.
• Lead shifts as needed.
• Ensure performance appraisals are conducted on time.
• Enforce company policies and corrective action when needed.
• Comply with health, safety and labor regulations.
