Beauport Hospitality Group is seeking a Restaurant Manager to join Rail Stop. The role focuses on building guest relationships, serving as the liaison between Kitchen and Dining Room, and delivering top-notch hospitality in our restaurant and bar area.

The candidate should bring strong guest-service passion, leadership, and at least three years in Food & Beverage with two in management. TIPS certification is required, with a full-time, on-site schedule at our Brighton location.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years in Food & Beverage with two years in management.
• TIPS Certification required.
• Ability to lead front-of-house and coordinate with kitchen.
• Strong guest relations and service focus.

Responsibilities
