Beauport Hospitality Group is seeking a Restaurant Manager for Rail Stop in Brighton, MA. The role focuses on building guest relationships, coordinating between kitchen and dining room, and delivering top-notch service in a full-service restaurant and bar environment.

The candidate should have 3+ years in Food & Beverage with 2+ years in management, and a TIPS Certification is required. This full-time position offers a comprehensive benefits package and competitive salary.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years Food & Beverage experience.
• At least 2 years in Food & Beverage management.
• TIPS Certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in leading the daily operation of the restaurant, front of house and bar teams.
• Hire, train, evaluate and schedule restaurant staff per standards.
• Organize pre-shift and departmental meetings; communicate menu changes.
• Schedule team members to ensure proper coverage.
• Provide memorable guest experiences and troubleshoot service issues.
• Ensure policies are followed to improve quality, service and operations.
• Develop front-of-house staff and coach team members.
• Be on the floor during peak periods; visit tables to engage guests.
• Manage private parties on the day of events.
• Foster engagement and effective communication between staff and management.
