The candidate should bring strong guest-service passion, leadership, and at least three years in Food & Beverage with two in management. TIPS certification is required, with a full-time, on-site schedule at our Brighton location.
We are seeking a Restaurant Manager to join our team at Rail Stop! This position will be responsible for creating and maintaining relationships with guests in our restaurant & bar area. The Restaurant Manager should possess a strong passion for the guest’s dining experience, while acting as the liaison between the Kitchen and the Dining Room to provide top notch service.

This is a full-time position.
Salary range is $60,000–$70,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Must have at least three (3) or more years of strong Food & Beverage experience with at least 2 years of Food & Beverage Management experience.
TIPS Certification required.
Work will primarily take place in the Restaurant, front of the house, heart of the house, to include Service and Kitchen areas.
Exterior of restaurant, including the patio, with exposure to sun, heat, cold and changing weather conditions.
Group and solo work.
