Job summary

Margaritaville and Landshark is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a high-volume restaurant venue in Nashville, TN. You will supervise Restaurant Managers, drive guest satisfaction, and ensure top quality, safety, and profitability through effective staff leadership and cost controls.

Qualifications

Three to five years in a high-volume Food and Beverage supervisory role or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
Strong judgment and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

Ability to perform all positions and processes within front of house and back of house.
Assumes duties of General Manager in their absence.
Ensure high quality product and adherence to specifications.
Maintain productivity, quality standards, service efficiency, sanitation and training.
Assist with labor control, forecasting, recruiting, and marketing initiatives.
Develop initiatives to grow sales, profitability, and guest retention.
