Job summary

Anchor Point Management Group is seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager for a Taco Bell unit in Citrus Heights, CA. You will lead daily operations, ensure guest satisfaction, manage staff, and drive profitability while upholding brand standards.

The GM will oversee staffing, training, scheduling, food quality, sanitation, and safety, and will work hands-on as needed. A strong hospitality mindset, solid communication, and a track record of cost controls are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Internal promote preferred with training certifications completed.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months in a shift management or supervisory role.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Open availability and ability to work flexible hours and all shifts.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Learn quickly with a can-do attitude.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality.
• Demonstrated ability to manage financial controls and coach/train employees.

Responsibilities

• Ensure cost categories (food, labor, cash) are controlled per guidelines and budget.
• Drive sales growth by improving speed of service and food quality.
• Maintain staffing levels to meet scheduling requirements.
• Conduct performance appraisals for crew, shift managers, and an AGM.
• Hire and onboard new crew, shift leaders, and AGM.
• Coach and develop team to meet certification and performance standards.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and sanitation per guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with laws and report any violations.
• Ensure safe environment for employees and guests; take corrective actions.
• Ensure preventive maintenance and coordinate with maintenance.
• Provide timely feedback to area coach via daily calls and weekly meetings.
• Manage turnover through effective selection and training.
