Job summary

Anchor Point Management Group seeks a Restaurant General Manager for a Taco Bell unit in Chippewa Falls, WI. The RGM will lead daily operations, train staff, ensure guest satisfaction and uphold brand standards.

The role requires cost control, staffing, performance reviews, hiring, coaching, maintaining cleanliness, safety, and compliance, while driving sales and delivering high-quality food and service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of 6 months in a shift management or supervisory role.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Have open availability and the ability to work flexible hours and all shifts as needed.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Comes to work with good hygiene and reliable transportation.
• Internal promotion preferred with completion of learning zone training and certifications.
• Must be able to learn quickly with a can-do attitude.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain financial controls and coach/train employees.

Responsibilities

• Controls costs across food, labor, cash and controllable expenses per company guidelines and budget.
• Drives sales growth by improving 5 Bells, CORE, speed of service and food quality.
• Maintains adequate staffing for all days and shifts.
• Conducts crew member, shift manager, and assistant general manager performance appraisals.
• Handles hiring for crew, shift leaders, and assistant general managers.
• Coaches and trains staff to meet certifications and performance levels.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization; adheres to sanitation guidelines and regs.
• Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws.
• Ensures a safe restaurant environment and takes corrective action as needed.
• Ensures preventative maintenance and reports repairs.
• Delivers excellent guest service and handles complaints to foster repeat business.
• Provides feedback to area coach via daily calls and weekly meetings.
• Manages turnover through effective selection and training.
