Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of a Taco Bell unit to ensure cleanliness, hospitality, product quality, and speed of service.
• Train employees and respond to guest service needs by role modeling appropriate skills and behaviors.
• Control costs across food, labor, cash, and other expenses per company guidelines and budgeted levels.
• Drive sales growth by improving speed of service, food quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain staffing levels, conduct performance appraisals, and hire crew members and managers.
• Coach staff and ensure training and certification for the team.
• Ensure restaurant safety, sanitation, and compliance with laws.
• Complete tasks such as cash handling and daily operating procedures as needed.
