As the on-site leader, you will develop staff, uphold company policies and safety standards, and foster a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead Restaurant Operations: Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth, efficient service.
• Recruit, Hire, and Develop Team Members: Interview and hire qualified staff, train and develop crew members and shift leaders.
• Manage Scheduling and Labor Costs: Create work schedules and monitor labor usage.
• Support Teamwork and Workplace Culture: Foster a positive work environment and address performance concerns.
• Communicate and Lead Team Meetings: Conduct regular crew and management meetings and reinforce training and safety procedures.
• Inventory and Cost Control: Maintain inventory levels and control costs, monitor waste.
• Maintain Restaurant Facilities and Equipment: Ensure equipment is maintained and the premises are clean and safe.
• Manage Financial and Cash Handling Procedures: Oversee cash handling and maintain records.
• Maintain Professionalism and Compliance: Ensure appearance, HR policies, sanitation and safety compliance.
