Responsibilities

• Lead Shift Operations: supervise restaurant operations during assigned shifts to ensure smooth, efficient service.
• Support and Develop Team Members: assist in training and developing crew members under management.
• Communicate with the Team: conduct brief team meetings and relay updates on operations and safety.
• Manage Labor and Productivity: monitor staffing levels and control labor cost during shifts.
• Inventory and Product Management: help maintain product availability and rotation during shifts.
• Maintain Restaurant Facilities and Equipment: ensure equipment is used, cleaned, and maintained; report issues.
• Cash Handling and Financial Responsibility: manage cash handling, registers, and bank deposits during shifts.
• Maintain Professionalism and Compliance: uphold HR policies, sanitation, safety, and regulatory compliance.
