Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old and eligible to work in the US.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of restaurant management experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of P&L management and restaurant profitability.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time to meet goals.
• Demonstrated leadership and people development skills.
• Solid guest service principles and communication.
• Evening, weekend, and holiday availability.
• Willingness to work long or irregular shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Has primary accountability for the restaurant P&L and drives profitability.
• Reviews key P&L lines to increase profitability.
• Drives sales through proactive guest service and operations management.
• Motivates and directs team members to exceed guest expectations.
• Manages guest experience and timely response to issues.
• Solves guest feedback with root-cause analyses and action plans.
• Identifies local marketing opportunities and community engagement.
• Leads recruitment and selection to build a strong team.
• Onboards new team members with effective training.
• Provides coaching to enhance performance and recognition programs.
• Manages labor with optimal staffing and scheduling.
• Enforces government regulations, laws, and brand policies.
• Maintains operational and brand standards.
• Performs duties of the Assistant Manager when needed.
