Job summary

Taco Bell is hiring an Assistant General Manager in Cranston, RI. You will support the Restaurant General Manager, uphold brand standards, and inspire the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You’ll lead by example, train, coach, and recognize your team to drive daily operation excellence while working a 50-hour week. You’ll take charge in the GM's absence, manage cash, inventory, and labor, review financials, and ensure food safety and health standards are met.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant/retail management experience.
• Assist with P&L management, cash control, inventory, labor, and financial review.
• Ensure employees are trained and provided resources.
