Job summary

You will drive sales, manage labor, inventory, and back-office processes, and create employee schedules while ensuring a clean, welcoming guest experience. Familiarity with CrunchTime or HotSchedules is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience in QSR, retail, or hospitality.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Experience hiring, training, and developing employees.
• Experience with scheduling and inventory management.
• Experience with CrunchTime, HotSchedules, or similar systems preferred.
