BIBIBOP is seeking an Operations Leader in Canton, Ohio to help oversee daily restaurant operations and mentor a high-performing team. You will drive guest satisfaction, uphold safety standards, and ensure consistent food quality while collaborating with the General Manager on staffing and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management or leadership experience in a restaurant or retail environment.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. required.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations.
• Lead and motivate team members to deliver Bibibop’s signature service and quality.
• Manage scheduling, inventory, and operational processes for smooth operations.
• Uphold company policies, procedures, and health/safety standards.
• Address guest feedback professionally and resolve issues.
• Assist in training and developing team members to reach their full potential.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Ensure consistent food quality, preparation, and presentation.
