BIBIBOP is seeking an Operations Leader in Columbus, OH to help oversee daily restaurant operations and coach a high-performing team. You’ll partner with the General Manager to deliver exceptional guest experiences while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency across all shifts.

You will lead scheduling, inventory, and process improvements, ensuring consistent food quality and service. We value leadership, reliability, and a growth mindset with room for career advancement.

Competenze

• Two years of experience in a management or leadership role within a restaurant or retail environment.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

• Support the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations.
