BIBIBOP is seeking an Operations Leader to join our Columbus-based team and help oversee daily restaurant operations with a focus on guest satisfaction and quality.

You will partner with the General Manager to coach staff, manage scheduling and inventory, uphold safety standards, and drive service excellence across shifts in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications

• Two years of management or leadership experience in a restaurant or retail setting.
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the United States; valid driver\'s license.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations.
• Lead and motivate team members to deliver Bibibop\'s signature service and quality.
• Manage scheduling, inventory, and operational processes to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Uphold company policies, procedures, and health/safety standards.
• Address guest feedback with professionalism and resolve issues.
• Assist in training and developing team members to their full potential.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Ensure consistent food quality, preparation, and presentation.
