Dave & Buster’s Inc./Main Event Entertainment is seeking a Restaurant & Operations Manager to provide leadership, supervision, and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards to positively impact business results and guest satisfaction.

You will develop and lead hourly team members to exceed guest expectations, recruit, coach, train, and develop staff, and ensure adherence to core values while collaborating with the management team to achieve timely, high-quality outcomes. 

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality experience.
• Proven ability to lead a team to deliver guest experience.
• Willingness to work weekends, nights, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Developing and leading hourly team members to exceed guest’s expectations.
• Demonstrating proactive leadership by ensuring positive staff and guest experiences.
• Interacting with guest service-focused team members in recruitment, coaching and training.
