You will develop hourly team members, lead recruiting, coaching, and development, and collaborate with the management team to deliver high-quality results while living our core values in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality Experience.
• Proficient in managing COGS and labor.
• Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience.
• Willingness to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
