Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Restaurant and Operations Manager to lead food and beverage, bar, and bowling operations across shifts, flex into roles as needed, and build a team that delivers exceptional hospitality.

You will drive revenue through sales-focused service, upselling, guest engagement, and event support, while recruiting and training hourly leaders and managing labor, costs, inventory, and daily financial targets to achieve guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership in restaurant, hospitality, or high-volume operations.
• Proven ability to drive F&B sales and build high-performing teams.
• Experience training hourly leaders in fast-paced settings.
