Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Restaurant and Operations Manager to lead food and beverage, bar, and bowling operations across every shift. You will flex into roles as needed and build a team delivering great hospitality.

Responsibilities include maximizing revenue, training hourly leaders, managing labor and costs, and ensuring guest satisfaction on high-volume shifts. Requires leadership in hospitality with strong guest focus.

Qualifications

• 3 or more years of leadership experience in restaurant, hospitality, or high-volume operations.
• Proven ability to drive food and beverage sales and build teams.
• Experience training and developing hourly leaders in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across food & beverage, bar, kitchen, bowling, and arcade.
• Drive revenue through sales-focused service, upselling, and events.
• Recruit, train, coach, and schedule teams to meet company standards.
