Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Restaurant and Operations Manager to lead food and beverage, bar, and bowling operations across every shift, flex into any role the floor needs, and build a team that delivers exceptional hospitality.

You will drive revenue through guest engagement and upselling, recruit and coach hourly staff, and own labor, food cost, and inventory targets while maintaining guest satisfaction on busy days and nights.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in hospitality or high-volume operations
• Proven ability to drive food & beverage sales and build strong teams
• Experience training hourly leaders in fast-paced environments
• Floor-first management style with strong guest focus
• Solid financial acumen including labor, food cost, inventory, and P&L contribution
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing/walking long shifts
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across food & beverage, bar, kitchen, bowling, and arcade, maintaining service flow and hospitality standards
• Drive revenue through sales-focused service, upselling, guest engagement, and event support
• Recruit, train, coach, and schedule teams that consistently meet company standards and serve guests well
• Own labor management, food & beverage cost control, inventory accuracy, and daily financial targets
• Stay on the floor supporting FOH and BOH, resolving guest issues in real time, and reinforcing accountability
• Ensure the center is operationally ready and guest-ready through every high-volume shift
