Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Restaurant and Operations Manager to lead food and beverage, bar, bowling, and arcade operations across every shift, building a team that delivers exceptional hospitality.

You will flex into any role as needed, drive sales, manage labor and costs, and ensure guest satisfaction with a floor-first leadership style. This role offers growth opportunities within a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in restaurant, hospitality, or high-volume operations.
• Proven ability to drive food and beverage sales and build teams.
• Experience training hourly leaders in fast-paced environments.
• Floor-first management style with focus on guest experience.
• Solid financial acumen including labor, food cost, and inventory.
• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk long hours.
• Flexible availability nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across food & beverage, bar, kitchen, bowling, and arcade.
• Drive revenue through sales-focused service and guest engagement.
• Recruit, train, coach, and schedule teams to meet standards.
• Own labor management, food cost control, inventory accuracy, and targets.
• Support FOH and BOH, resolve guest issues in real time.
• Ensure center readiness during high-volume shifts.
