Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Restaurant and Operations Manager to lead food and beverage, bar, and bowling operations across all shifts. You’ll flex into any role the floor needs and build a team that delivers memorable hospitality with minimal supervision.

You’ll recruit, train, and schedule teams, manage labor and cost controls, and ensure guest satisfaction while hitting daily financial targets. This role requires strong leadership in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership in restaurant/hospitality or high-volume F&B operations.
• Proven ability to drive sales and guest satisfaction.
• Experience training hourly staff in fast-paced settings.
• Floor-first management style focused on guest experience.
• Strong labor, cost, inventory, and P&L awareness.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across food and beverage, bar, bowling, and arcade.
• Drive revenue through sales-focused service and guest engagement.
• Recruit, train, and schedule teams meeting company standards.
• Own labor management and cost control targets.
• Support FOH and BOH, resolve guest issues in real time.
• Ensure center is ready to operate during high-volume shifts.
