Job summary

Paradies Lagardère's Dining Division is seeking a Shift Supervisor to uphold service standards, train team members, and ensure adherence to SOPs. You will greet guests, coordinate tasks, manage cash-out procedures, and maintain cleanliness while delivering first-class experiences to travelers.

This role requires leadership, strong communication in English, flexible shifts including weekends, and compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Practical supervisor experience in the hotel/restaurant industry.
• ServSafe Food Manager’s Certification or equivalent.
• Ability to work in a high energy and demanding environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as with other team members.
