The role requires strong leadership, staffing, cost control, and customer-centric operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Two years restaurant management or supervision experience preferred.
• Must have a driver’s license valid under the laws of the state(s) where the team member works, proof of insurance, satisfactory vehicle and the ability to drive.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality products to customers by building a system of quality with team members and ensuring each order reflects Papa John’s standards.
• Actively recruit customer-focused team members, train and coach staff, and conduct performance reviews to maintain a high-quality, customer-focused environment.
• Manage sales goals against budget by training staff on products and sales execution and seeking additional sales through local marketing.
• Manage profit goals by controlling food, labor and other costs and implementing corrective actions to improve margins.
• Plan and manage inventory levels ensuring the restaurant runs efficiently and assets are well-maintained and secure.
