Job summary

Charter Foods is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead the TEAM, set the tone of the work environment, and ensure top-tier hospitality and food quality for every guest.

You’ll hire and develop the staff, conduct orientations, train new hires, and schedule and deploy the team while monitoring performance, resolving customer issues, and overseeing the restaurant budget and financial plans to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1–3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, with P&L responsibility.
• 50-hour work week.
• High School Diploma or GED, preferred but not required.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong business math and analytical/decision-making skills.
• Able to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs for 80% of shift.
• Competitive spirit and a passion for excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of the entire restaurant and lead a strong team.
• Recruit, hire, and develop employees; conduct new-hire orientation and training.
