Job summary

Soulman’s, a Texas BBQ restaurant, is seeking a restaurant manager to oversee daily operations, lead a team, and ensure exceptional guest experience. This role emphasizes a strong work ethic, reliable performance, and positive culture in a fast-paced kitchen and dining room environment.

The manager will ensure adherence to health guidelines, train staff, and drive service standards while upholding Soulman’s family-friendly, faith-centered culture. Based in Texas, on-site leadership is required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Ability to follow instructions and learn procedures and techniques.
• Willing to uphold company standards within your team.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Ability to work standing for extended periods of time, including bending, lifting, and reaching.
• Willing to work as scheduled.
• Ability to work with continuous use of hands and arms.
• Willing to adhere to all uniform and safety standards.
• Willing to honor the health and wellness of all team members and customers by upholding Soulman’s Smoke-Free Workplace Policy.

Responsibilities

• Report to work as scheduled, on time, well-groomed in proper uniform.
• Provide exceptional service to each customer.

• Manage the daily operations of the restaurant and staff.
