Soulman’s has been serving Texas’ best BBQ since 1974. We are seeking dedicated restaurant team members to deliver exceptional service, maintain cleanliness, and help manage daily operations.

As a member of our team, you will follow procedures, learn menu items, assist with training others, and uphold our smoke-free policy and health standards while working in a fast-paced, family-oriented environment.
